Digital manager

Purpose of the position:
  • Webmastering
  • Digital projects

Responsibilities:
  • Webmastering
    Administration of company webpages according to brand and communication objectives.
    Administration of mobile/tablette versions and applications.
    Minisites and landing pages: adaptation and implementation.
    Creation of new innovative approaches in web site designing
  • Digital projects
    Coordination and implementation of cross-cutting digital projects aimed at winning new customers and building loyalty to the brand: traffic on website, communities (social networks and other digital media channels). Set targets, schedule and practical details. Monitor project KPIs and define corrective actions if necessary.
    Creation of new innovative approaches in internet space
  • Lead optimization
    Ensure context search optimization of companys content on Ukrainian search engines (websites, apps, videos and photos).
    Ensure generation and increasing transmission of qualified leads to the network and call center. Ensure lead processing (quality, lead time) and following up leads.
    Measure and increase lead conversion rates (catalogue request, test-drives).
    Give recommendations for media purchasing in order to increase qualified traffic and conversion rate.
    Google Analytics reports and analytics preparation.
  • Acquisition of prospects
    Acquisition - loyalty - Marketing Campaigns for new vehicle prospects (B2C/B2B/Fleet) and aftersales activity (Accessories/Service ontracts/Maintenance).
    Set up prospect acquisition and customer loyalty action plans (direct marketing) in terms of multichannel marketing campaigns (mailing, emailing, SMS, text messages, mobile applications, etc.) in line with brand and communication objectives.
    Follow up operation results (conversion rate, ROI) and optimize operations.
    Support deployment of CRM tools in the country.
  • CRM system handling
    Storing and tracking data on all our existing clients and prospects.
    Managing dealers portals. Ensuring up to date information: dealers list, test-drive cars, etc.
Required knowledge, experience, skills and capabilities
  1. Minimum of 5 years. Experience in webmastering and digital communities, CRM customer base management, direct marketing.
  2. Excellent knowledge of PC (MS Word, Excel, Power Point);
  3. Excellent knowledge of overall marketing aspects;
  4. Excellent knowledge of English;
  5. Strong negotiations skills and skills in managing relations with agencies

Mission:
  • Define media strategy and tactics in line with sales and communication objectives;
  • Devise creative materials in line with communication strategy;

Functions:
Define media strategy and tactics in line with sales and communication objectives
  • Work out a media plan within budget in order to reach sales (budget) and communication objectives (brand awareness and image targets);
  • Define along with agency optimal media tactics for each campaign depending on model or offer to promote;
